The hotel was ideally located near the river Ural embankment and in the city center, allowing easy access to several restaurants nearby. the room was decently sized, with a big bathroom and cleaning service provided daily. the breakfast offered had a lot of variety to suit different preferences. the friendly staff made the stay a pleasant experience.

One area the hotel could improve upon is the internet connection, which was not working.

Cleanliness was also impressive, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The fact that breakfast was included in the price was a nice touch.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the room's size and cleanliness. I particularly liked the two restaurant options available without needing to leave the facility. the location was perfect for business travelers as it was easy to get to the office in just 10 minutes by taxi.

I did notice that the staff didn't clear icy patches on the walkways fast enough, which was a bit dangerous. It would have been better to see quicker action taken to keep guests safe.

The WiFi was a bit slow and it took us a little bit of time to find the restaurants around the complex. when it snowed, the staff didn't clear the walkways quickly enough which made it difficult to walk without slipping.
